Irving Farm's roasting facility is 90 miles from NYC. The farm is situated in a bustling farming community at the foothills of both the Berkshire and Catskill Mountain ranges. After restoring this historic property, IF created a modern roasting facility in the carriage house that was added to the property in the 1920's and Irving Farm was born... IF's belief is that each bean, since grown in different environments, should be roasted according to its own characteristics and flavor principals... When all factors have been carefully combined, IF can roast perfect coffee in every batch.
